Bella Vista is a beautiful lakefront property in a garden setting. It’s both romantic and perfect for family fun! Stunning Tahoe and mountain views grace each room in this charming home. A wood burning antique stove for apres-ski, a well stocked kitchen, internet, TV, and sound system are included.

The space
Great care has been taken to make your experience one of peaceful, luxury. The home is furnished with care to make you feel pampered. The views are unbeatable, you will wake in the morning looking at the lake and dine in the evening watching the moon rise above it. This space is not handicap accessible nor safe for very young children due to steps and high balconies. The double decker pier may be shared, if guest house is in use. We have no beach this summer due to heavy snowfall last winter. The kitchen is well equipped.

Grocery shopping, quaint small shops, several fine dining and many more casual dining establishments, movie theater, bowling alley , coffee shops, Casinos, Casino entertainment, ski areas, sledding, snow shoeing, skate skiing all within 15 minutes to one hour.Bella Vista is located minutes from Northstar, Mt Rose, and ski Incline. Wonderful hiking with in minutes of our home.

Other things to note
DOGS: We accept one small dog (25 pounds) Please ask us first. There is a $50 dollar fee payable before check in. When outside on the property, dogs must be on leash and picked up after and never on beds or furniture. This space is not handicap accessible nor available for young children under a certain age due to steps and high balconies. Ski boots are not allowed inside the house. The stairs from the garage to the house will be shoveled, when possible. A property caretaker is on site and lives above the garage.

Neighborhood highlights

The home is on a hill side with a separate garage. The steps are not steep but there are many. Sorry the property is not handicap accessible. The snow will be shoveled for you and the one way road is maintained by the county. Four wheel drive or chains are mandatory in our area during ski season. Always check road conditions.
