Enjoy complete privacy in this Unique space (some say it reminds them of a NY loft with no steps) It's located in a cool building on S. Preston Street. Walk to Nords Bakery(for the best donuts in town), 2 awesome coffee shops. About 1/2 mile to University of Louisville and only 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs. Open floor plan, private brick patio, off street private parking in rear.

The space
The Place is on the edge of Germantown. It has a unique open floor plan with 1 bedroom, great bathroom with a large shower, modern kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, beautiful private brick patio, concrete floors, washer/dryer, smart tv. Also, off street parking.

Fantastic full kitchen, Private fenced brick patio, great walk in shower! If more than 2 guests, let us know and we will leave a queen air mattress.
