About This Listing
A stunning beach house on the very secluded Buena Vista beach, near Troncones, 20 mins north of Ixtapa. Only 8 houses on 1.5kms of palm tree Pacific paradise.
The photos do not do this place justice, it's even more beautiful when you arrive.
Each bedroom is very spacious with high wooden-beam ceilings, comfortable king-size beds and stunning views of palm trees and the ocean. The ceiling fans will rarely be needed as the natural ventilation keeps the rooms cool. Monogrammed towels, hotel-standard sheets, and simple traditional decorations add a finishing touch to make your stay more enjoyable.
Includes housekeeper Monday - Saturday
Over the years, Las Palmas has been fortunate enough to enjoy receiving guests and celebrities who appreciate the simplicity of its style, the luxury of peace and quiet, and the magnificent beauty of the Pacific.
Throughout the year, tens of thousands of baby turtles hatch in special sanctuaries on Buena Vista Beach. Carefully monitored by trained handlers, they are released into the ocean at least once a day. It is one of the most magical experiences of Buena Vista beach.
2011 saw the completion of the swimming pool and terrace with their pergola and palapa providing much-needed shade. These have been a great addition to the house and many guests have already enjoyed this new luxury! The pool measures 13m x 4m and is about 1.2 m deep, ideal for swimming laps. The baby pool is about 60cm deep. New sun loungers, tables and chairs have been added to the terrace for more comfortable outdoor living.
The three bedrooms in the main house have had their window frames replaced and terrace doors restored, all with new mosquito nets. The terrace doors in the dining room have also been restored.
New kitchen cabinet doors and shelves are also a recent upgrade.
The water pressure in the main house has been greatly increased with the aid of a super hydro-pneumatic pump.
The land measures just over 3,000m2 so there is plenty of space to play. Neighbouring houses are distant enough for privacy.
You will be very well looked after by my lovely housekeeper Annie.
The whole house, the pool, the land, the beach…
I love the fact all of us (few) owners on the beach are great friends. Even though we live in different countries we all share a common love for this beach and we try our best to look after it and to help each other out. I've known all the owners for 20+ years and I can genuinely say they are all good friends of mine.
