This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is completely separate from the host's living area, with its own private entrance, dedicated workspace, full kitchen, and fenced backyard. No shared spaces. Just your own beautifully appointed home base.

Every room is dressed in original artwork — and it's all for sale. Browse what's on the walls, scan a QR code, and purchase a piece (look for a coupon code in the manual) The artwork will ship following your stay.

Guest access
You'll utilize the front door, and have full reign of the backyard as well. A unique keypad code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

Park in front of the blue dog, or the middle driveway spots*. If needed, you can also park on the street directly in front of the house.

*Please keep clear the right-hand spot of the driveway (by the tree) as my car is garaged there.

Other things to note
REMINDER: I live, paint, and work in a separate unit on the premises with my dog. We share walls and HVAC, and while you won't see us, household noises, muffled voices, and barking may be heard. I’m continuing to work on sound-proofing, but it is imperfect. (I’m especially mindful of my dog and will be doing my best to keep her from disrupting your peace).

If you have severe allergies to dogs, you might want to book another place as my dog has been in the rental unit and the HVAC system is shared.

PRIVACY: The space described and shown in the listing is yours and no one else will be accessing it during your stay. If you need on-site assistance, it will be at your discretion.

Please note, some things can only be fixed in person, if you have an issue with anything, we’d love to correct it asap. In the case of plumbing/electrical/alarm type emergencies, you will be given as much notice as possible before entry, if you do not respond we may need to enter after a reasonable time has lapsed dependent upon the emergency.

If I have not contacted you about a service appointment, please do not let anyone enter. There are security cameras for safety and insurance purposes on the outside perimeter, absolutely no monitoring is done inside.
