Entire basement floor in a charming 1939 bungalow, with 1 bedroom, a large living room, private entrance, and a full kitchen with a small dining area. Private entrance at the back of the house. Beautiful fenced-in yard with a brick patio and a fire pit.

Half a block from the 46th street Blue Line station, Minnehaha creek, and Venn Brewing, with food trucks every night. Close to Minnehaha Falls and city lakes.
Near the A line and #74 bus to St Paul, and a Nice Ride bike rental station

The space
Beautiful home in an excellent location. Easy train ride to downtown Minneapolis, the Mall of America, and the airport. Close to biking and walking trails, Minnehaha creek, Minnehaha Falls, Lake Nokomis, the Chain of Lakes, Lake Hiawatha, and Fort Snelling state park.

Kitchen has everything you would need: microwave, convection oven, two induction countertop cookers, pots and pans, fridge, freezer, utensils, dinnerware, etc.

We have two cats upstairs. They do not go downstairs, though the basement is not sealed off to air flow. If you are allergic to cats, you may be affected.

Guest access
The entire basement floor, private entrance via the back door.

Other things to note
Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome if well behaved, relatively quiet, and do no damage to the property.
