  • Marina is a great host, she gave me lots of ideas about what to do in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

  • The apartment was fine for me, I just needed a place for sleeping. It can get loud in that area, but I just shut the window and put in ear plugs.

  • Overall a great experience! We arrived earlier than expected and Marina's assistant, Cam, was really helpful in getting us all checked in. The housekeeper was also very helpful in explaining where everything was and how the shower works. The apartment itself was neat and clean and located just a block or two from the heart of Hollywood Blvd.

  • I didn't had a great time staying here. I had stayed at Marina's apartment for 5 nights. Here's the list of cons:
    1. My room was not ready when I came to the apartment. Although Rebecca was trying to be helpful as possible.
    2. There was no hot water throughout my stay (except one night, where I had a chance to stay in different apartment). I literally had to bath in a cold water!
    3. There was (bad) smell of dogs/pets coming from the hallway.
    4. No pest control. One morning, I got a itchy bite on my leg & there was black spider on the floor. Not sure if it was venomous or not.

    Pros:
    1. Good location, very near to everything (Hollywood blvd, Highland/Vine station)
    2. Room was spacious
    3. Apartment building has an elevator (very handy when you're with luggage)
    4. Has a kitchen & fridge. I believe you can cook up your own meal there.

Lastly, I'd recommend you to stay at this apartment only if this apartment has a working hot water.

  • Location is very convenient. There are 2 bedrooms and Living/Dining/Kitchen in this place, it means that you may share Living/Dining/Kitchen with someone. I fortunately met good persons.

    May 2014
  • The instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The room is very spacious and everything was OK with it. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again. It's very close to the Walk of Fame but in a calm neighborhood. The hallways can look a little creepy but is very safe. The down point for me was that the room only had one towel per guest, they should also have available a hand towel per guest and a bath mat.

  • great little central apartment! so close to everything. seemed a little dodgy at first but was great. nice and clean unit with good security. other person in other room did not phase us at all.

  • Disappointed. Bad neighborhood, dirty, no breakfast at all, i never met Marina so i cant said nothing about her.
NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
