We stayed at Liliana's place for 4 nights. The location is good with metro station only 5 min away. Breakfast was very rich and the family was really nice helping us with good advices for our stay in Rome. The bathroom is just one so we needed to manage with the family and that is the only inconvinience. Overall feedback positive!
It was GREAT! Thank you so much Liliana and Pietro for welcoming us :)
The room is big and great. The house is situated close to the Termini witch is a perfect location.
Liliana and Pietro are such nice persons, you can ask them anything you need!
I think this place is good and acceptable for our short trip in Rome. The host can speak English and can help us some information. The matter is the door, is too difficult to open..but thanks to your neighbour I could open the door.
And Not so many Italian people on the street can speak English so we lost the way to your home first time when we arrived Rome. From second day, we can go it easily. Thank you for hosting us.
Claudia regelt voor onze gastvrouw Liliana de zaken met airbnb.
Het was goed geregeld, dus Claudia did her job well.
Me and my girlfriend had a very nice stay at the place of Liliana, Pietro and their two chlildren. They are really nice people who are very helpfull and try to make your stay in Rome as comfortable as possible. The room is very nice and large, also a good location to discover the city. We had a great time here!

We loved our stay here. I came with my two teenage boys. One of them commented on how great it was to stay with a local family from Rome (they have lived here for more than 24 years). Rather than being separated in a hotel and viewing Rome as an outsider, we were able to be a small part of the lives of a lovely local family. If you want a hotel experience then this place is not for you, but seriously! You will find this a lovely experience and it is so close to all the things you will want to see in the centre of Rome. I can recommend this place for anyone who wants to see and feel the roman life.
Grab a three day "hop on hop off" pass which includes a three day rail, bus and train ticket as well from Roma Christiana (yellow bus). We got our tickets from the coliseum (we walked there on the first day in 20min). It cost is $33 each and was well worth it. We had no problem getting around and getting anywhere we wanted to see. The accommodation is just 10 or so minutes walk from Termini station which is the easiest way to get into Rome from the international terminal.
Most of all have fun!!!
We are a French couple of thirty years. We stayed four nights at Liliana, Pietro and their two children. These are the perfect hosts! Available, attentive, very caring and Pietro speaks good French. The apartment is located near the train station, very close to many public transport but this is not the nicest area of Rome (this is not where you dine in a nice restaurant). The room is large but lack of privacy (it is the center of the apartment) and as specified by Liliana, the bathroom is shared. In short, this is a true homestay where one privileged contact with the host. Not to be confused with a hotel.
The B&B in Via Cairoli and its very very nice host, Liliana, made our couply stay unforgettable. Even though it's a family environment, we never felt we had to stay out of the way and could also chill out. Service was excellent, everything was very clean and well organised. By respecting some basic rules, you will enjoy staying with her and her lovely children!
She is a very charming woman, a fighter and a delicate soul at the same time. It was wonderful meeting her.
Thanks again for your warm welcome! I hope we'll keep in touch.
