Anne Is a very friendly person and she really made everything so that we felt comfortable in her home. Room and house were really very clean and the area is so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Anne is an excellent host and makes you feel right at home. She was very helpful and accommodating and I would reccommend her lovely home to anyone looking for a place to stay on their trip down the coast. Thank you again!
Anne was a great host! The place was very clean and had post-it notes everywhere to help us with everything. There was granola, coffee and fruit in the morning. Everything about the stay was nice!
Wonderful and relaxing! Anne had lots of great recommendations and it was overall a very positive experience :)
We recommend this accommodation to anybody that is driving the PCH 1, searching for a place to stay within reasonable distance of St. Louis Obispo and the amazing sand dunes of that area.
The access to Annes apartment was easy and our room cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and clean and so was the kitchen.
Anne made everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible and shared a load of advice on sightseeing and restaurants with us, all of which she had also summed up on an info paper to bring along on our day trip.
She is a communicative and positively lively person and it was entertaining to talk with her. Anne was very sweet with our 18 month son who she treated like a grandchild.
All in all our stay was very uncomplicated but nonetheless very warm and welcoming due to the wonderful host!
My girlfriend and I stayed at Anne's place on a late night road trip from Los Angeles to San Francisco and it was the perfect pit stop for the night.
Had a great night's sleep! Even though we didn't get to meet her personally, she was super accommodating, specially on such last minute notice.
It was a pleasure to stay at Anne's house. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Room and private bathroom were nice and clean! We were able to use her entire living room and kitchen. Anne is a very interesting and sociable person, and we learned a lot about her eco-friendly ideas of living. She also gave us some great hiking tips! Ask her about the sand dunes.

I am a gypsy who enjoys traveling and welcoming travelers! I have volunteered and lived in Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica, South Africa, Uganda and been involved in peace and social justice work all of my life. Guadalupe is a town of old California and we are listed in Heart of the Land by the Nature Conservancy as one of the last great places.
Bring your bikes and ride to the beach to enjoy the sunset and the moon rising and the cilantro growing in the fields.
I have been a member of Servas since 1970, an international travel group, to promote peace Also host warmshowers where I welcome cyclists traveling around the world. Come treasure Guadalupe !. When you want all the snazz of Californication head south to Santa Barbara and north to San Luis Obispo. When you want abit of vintage California Guadalupe is a gem on the central coast.
