Brand new loft duplex with a lovely balcony, located on the top floor of an early century XX building, which was completely renovated. The loft has plenty of natural light and a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

The space
On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom, and you can also enjoy the balcony. The room is upstairs, with coziness and comfort, and a private bathroom. Both floors have air conditioning. You can enjoy cable TV, free Wi-Fi and a total equipped apartment, prepared to make your visit a remarkable one.
