Private room with built in library full of books with attached bathroom -- private entrance. Sealed off from the rest of the house. Enjoy outdoor seating on the deck with beautiful views. Wood burning stove, refrigerator, TV, laundry and lots of books.

This is a private room with a private entrance on the lower level of our house. The doors open onto the deck which is available for guest use. You will see lots of birds and squirrels during the day. You may also see a deer or two in the mornings.
This house is located 15 mins from SFO. It takes around 20mins to get to San Francisco, 20mins to Mountain View and 20mins to Half Moon Bay. We are located close to I-280 with access to lots to hiking trails. You will need a car to get to our place. We wont be able to give you rides to/from public transport.
The room features a wood burning stove. We have plenty of wood, so you can light up the stove whenever you like. The room also contains a treadmill and a coffee maker. The TV only shows local channels but we have a Apple TV/Roku that that can show Netflix/Hulu etc. You will have access to Wifi. The bed is a full bed with a comfortable mattress with memory foam. Its ideal for one person but can accomodate two people. The room has lots of books that you could read while you relax.
About us: We are a couple that work in high tech companies in the bay area. We know that bay area pretty well and would be glad to give you lots of tips about places to visit. We love to travel and meet new people so we decided to open up our place to travelers.
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $25 per stay. The price in the listing is for a single person. We charge an extra $10 for an additional person. The room can only accomodate 2 people.

Me and my wife have lived in the bay area for 10 years. We are both techies and work in the south bay. We love traveling and meeting new people. Our weekends are spent in exploring the bay area. This is our first foray into AirBnb. Give us try and let us know what you think.
