The house sits on a 0.3 acre lot, perfect to entertain with 1 large deck, 1 huge patio and backyard.

The whole house with 3 bedrooms, 1 family room, 2 bathrooms, a huge backward, deck, patio, all linens and all big and small appliances. Direct access to Puget Sound Power trail.
Cul-de-sac, secluded, big trees, very private.
By default you get the entire place (upstairs and downstairs/walk-in basement).
If you are on a budget, you can request the upstairs only (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living, 1 kitchen, 1 dinning along with private entrance and shared laundry room).
Kitchen is fully equipped, flat screen TV with digital cable in living room. All linen provided, 4 office desks, washer and dryer, wireless internet included.
We do allow pets subject to host written approval and payment of additional surcharge to be included in your booking fees. The $100 surcharge per stay takes into account for the extra steam clean required to keep the place in pristine condition and as well as to accommodate future guests who may have pet allergies.

Please remove your shoes when entering the unit in order to protect our floors.
Please do not take any items, linen, accessories, supplies, or furniture outside the unit.
No smoking is allowed in the house or a $500 extra cleaning fee will apply.
Pets are allowed subject to host written approval and payment of a pet surcharge fee prior to check-in. Contact host to make arrangement.

Access to the property will be granted after 3PM on the check-in date specified in the Reservation Details and we will provide our guest with
instructions on how to get access to the house 4 hours prior to check-in.
The kitchen is fully equipped. When cutting, use our cutting board. Please do not cut anything directly or leave wet items on the counter tops as
they are susceptible to gouges and scrapes. To reduce risk of fire, do not leave the kitchen cooktop and oven unattended when in use.
WASHER and DRYER are free to use and are located in the garage basement.
The unit is professionally cleaned and bed sheets changed between check-ins by a third party cleaner. If anything is found unsatisfactory, please
let us know right away by calling our hotline so we can correct the issue. Additionally, in an effort to continuously provide a great experience;
please let us know of any cleaning issues or other suggestions for future guests.
GARBAGE and RECYCLING
Garbage and recycling bins are located on the side of the garage. Garbage pickup is every Monday AM, you can put garbage on the street starting on
Saturday. The black bin is for compostable material, the blue bin is for recycables and the green for garbage.
Please do not use our home mailing address as a billing address or for any official correspondence. We rather recommend our guests to obtain a
postal office box at the UPS Store or Pony Express down the hill.
For everyone safety, we are asking our guests to close and lock all windows and doors whenever they leave the premise.
The driveway can accommodate 2 cars, and street parking is free and can accommodate additional vehicles as well. Guest who rent the entire place,
get 2 spots in the driveway. Guest who rent the upstairs/main floor only are guaranty 1 parking stall.

We highly value the privacy and safety of all our guests. The owner reserves the right to enter the unit with a 24-hour notice.
1. At time of checkout guests are expected to leave the premise in a near spotless condition (comparable condition as it was when they checked-in)
and that a house cleaner can do the normal touchups within 2 hours. IF a maid service is needed, during your stay or prior to check-out, please
let us know.
2. Report any damages or needed repairs before your checkout. This will help us addressing them before our next guest arrives.
3. We appreciate your review and feedback within 72 hours. We are committed to do the same.
4. To safe energy, please turn down the heat control to 50F when you vacate the property.
Note that we have gardener that will come twice a month to cut the grass and do trimming.
