Interaction with Guests

I would be there for the initial greeting, and then let them dictate how much they wish to interact. I have my own living room so the guest can cook and eat in peace.

The Neighborhood

Where I live is a combination of history, seafaring influence with access to one of Europe's most cosmopolitan of cities.

Getting Around

The DART is three minutes from the house. It goes north to Dublin City the and south to Dalkey and Wicklow at five minute intervals in the mornings and frequently during the day. It is on all the main bus routes.

Other Things to Note

The House was built in 1923 and renovated and extended in 2003. It therefore has the charm of the old while it has all the benefits of being modernised.
