This iconic 3-story brick, cement, and steel property built circa 1970, features a unique Fachwerk design on the exterior upper levels. The rental is on the second and third floor so you must be able to climb stairs for both the second and third floor. Historically, this location operated as a drive-up food, alcohol, and ice cream spot. A drive-thru food establishment operates on the first floor.

The space
Two reserved parking spots are provided for our guests directly in front of the apartment entrance. Additional street parking is available on South Logan street directly across from the building.
