Nestled in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a stone's throw from the Pantheon, the Jardin des Plantes and Notre Dame, this renovated and air-conditioned studio offers a peaceful haven in the middle of Paris. Just two minutes away is Place de la Contrescarpe, with its vibrant venues.

It is equipped with a nice bathroom, with high-quality soaps and shampoos provided, a heated towel rail, and a complete set of towels per guest.
The living room has a nice sofa convertible into a 190x120 double bed, as well as a smart TV and a small JBL Bluetooth speaker.
High-quality portable air conditioning is available in the apartment to cool your nights, with a very reasonable noise level (since the air conditioning compressor is located on the window sill, outside the apartment).
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine with capsules available (espresso and decaf coffee), as well as tea.
Toaster, kettle, teapot, microwave, and induction stove.
Some drinks are also available in the fridge.
A 140 X 190 bed is located on top of a mezzanine. The bedding is top-notch (mattress and bed linens).
