Relax in the conservatory overlooking the quiet suntrap roof garden of this flat oozing with character above a bookshop. Sip tea looking out over the market place, work at the desk or watch Netflix from the sofa.

It is the beautiful quirky flat of a bookseller in wonderful Loftus, with doorstep gems from the woods with waterfalls behind (from garden you can hear owls) to longer walk to the coastal path or Cattersty Sands beach. No contractors following damage/dirt issues.

The space
You will be staying above a second-hand bookshop which is separate to you. The only thing you share is access to the toilet in the yard but you do have own bathroom. You access the flat via stairs at the back of the property through the patio doors.

First floor is the south facing roof garden looking across to the woods (quiet except for birds inc owls and the occasional sheep, cow or donkey), conservatory with small sofa and dining table, kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom with kingsize bed and a sofa bed which is two singles.

Second floor with its funny windows has a cosy double bedroom with a reading/writing nook outside it on the large landing.

A maximum of four can stay. No pets sorry.

Kitchen has utensils etc and cooking facillity. Inexpensive cafes nearby and Coop opposite. It’s really handy.

Parking is free in local car park or opposite side of the street. You can park temporarily at the back to load/unload.

Shoe free flat.

Please leave it as you found it. You are welcome to use air fryer or orange press as long as you clean them after use.
