This home is in The Villages - central to both coasts & theme parks and cheaper than hotels in Orlando and Tampa!

We are within walking distance to Sawgrass and just a quick golf cart ride to the new and exciting Eastport Town Square!

Next door at Sawgrass, there’s a variety of dining inside the Market. There is nightly entertainment, a shade-covered social area, the Clifton Putting Course, Sawgrass Tavern restaurant, and the Ezell Regional Recreation Complex.

The space
Temporary IDs are required if you will be golfing and/or using the sports pools. $50 for two people would be paid directly to The Villages and picked up at the Welcome Home Center in Eastport.

There is a king size bed in the master, and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. Extra sheets and blankets are available for each bedroom.

Kitchen is well stocked with appliances (including Keurig coffee machine) and miscellaneous accessories.

The golf cart is included in the rental upon signing of a waiver. The waiver will be sent to guests electronically prior to arrival.

Other things to note
The Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course is quick golf cart ride away. After a day out golfing, stop by the St. Catherine Recreation Center for a relaxing dip in the adult pool or enjoy a friendly match of shuffleboard, corn toss or bocce ball.

Live music and dancing are available at the town squares every night of the week! Each square offers their own great restaurants and a variety of shopping.

Our favorite part of this home is the backyard. We have screened-in or outdoor patio options for star-gazing & watching the sunset over the beautiful water view!
