Located in a historic, fully renovated former newspaper print shop. Two bedroom apartment conveniently located on the corner of Elm Place and N. Main Street in Princeton, IL. Minutes from Hornbaker Gardens and many other desirable venues in the Illinois Valley. Within walking distance to the Amtrak train station, restaurants, pie shop, boutiques, salons, and bars. This 800 sf space is one of two private apartments in a single story building in the heart of historic Princeton, IL!

The space
All the conveniences of being at home, while enjoying some time away. The apartment is two bedrooms but there is room in the dining area for an air mattress (queen size provided) for additional guests.

Outdoor courtyard space with dining table for 4 and grill. The outdoor space is shared with our other units on the property.

Other things to note
Please note we are within one block of the train station - meaning it's convenient to arrive by Amtrak but be aware that you will hear trains throughout the day and night. Also please note that you can hear trains throughout town (we live a mile away and hear them at our house too!).
