Quiet flat in Headingley, Leeds; one double and one single room. A short distance from the city centre. On occasion I may not be available to meet you on arrival, but can send keys. Strictly non-smoking.
Interaction with Guests
The flat is unoccupied at the moment.
the neighbourhood was pleasant. the host was not present when the guest arrived. The host made every attempt to address any queries or concerns which arose during the stay despite living in London.
Gareth welcomed us the first day and then he was more than helpful with all our inquiries of Leeds and Headingley.
The apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable and very homey, just like in the pictures!
The kitchen is well equipped for 2 people.
The living room is very comfortable as well as the bedroom.
The shower is a little tricky but I think Gareth was taking care of that.
The neighborhood was great, you have a Sainsbury and a Morrison very close to the apartment. Almost all the buses take you to the city centre in like 15 minutes and you have a big park like 3 blocks away.
We are extremely happy with Gareth's place and definitely recommend it for a short or long stay in Leeds.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Gareths flat over the Christmas period and felt very much at home. The booking was very last minute however Gareth was incredibly accomodating in such a short period of time. The flat itself was spacious, clean and lovely and warm. We know Leeds well so getting around wasnt a problem and the area in which the house is situated is very quiet, has great ammenties close by and with good, frequent transport links. Highly recommended!
Everything perfect. The lovely neighbourhood was a surprise. The house was very cosy and clean. Gareth has been so helpful all the time from the first query to the keys handover. We have had an amazing weekend in Leeds!
We had a great stay at Gareth's place in Headingley.
The location is absolutely ideal, in a quiet cul-de-sac but literally less than 200m from an excellent row of shops including two supermarkets (Morrisons and Sainsbury's). We ate at the Ecco pizzeria just across the road which was excellent.
The apartment itself was just as in the pictures. It had a good kitchen with a reasonable number of utensils, a spacious living room and two bedrooms (one double, one single). The bathroom was nice and clean although the hot water was slightly temperamental (maybe we just hadn't figured it out).
We initially had some slight concerns about the arrangements for the keys but in the end Gareth did very well in arranging this and there were no problems.
Gareth's flat was nice and good location in Headingly. We didn't meet Gareth but he was happy to answer all the questions that we had.
good flat for two people but not enough kitchen utensils if you want a place for three. Flat could have been cleaner on arrival.
The flat is very comfortable and situated in a great neighbourhood. Gareth was incredibly efficient in replying to our enquiries about the flat, keys etc. we would definitely stay again.
