Located in the upscale secured residential "Roca Verde" neighborhood in the town of Atenas, known for its expatriate community & one of the world's best climates. Minutes from the 27 Freeway, 30km away from San Jose, 30 min from the international airport, 20km away from Orotina & 80km away from Jaco in the Central Pacific

The space
Condo has open layout with its own fully furnished kitchen, two private bathrooms, two sofas, rocking chair, closet & abundant cabinets. Kitchen features stainless steel fridge, microwave, small oven and sitting area. Huge tiki deck above has amazing views - great for reading, writing or practicing yoga. There is an additional separate room below for an extra guest or to be used as office space. Private seating & hammock areas below. Private gated property with secure parking. Shared private pool & grounds with owners of property (mom & dad) who live in the main house. There is WIFI, cable TV, abundant orquids, palms & fruit trees you are welcomed to enjoy (lemons, oranges. avocados, papayas, coconuts). Wake up to the sound of birds & enjoy the toucan visitors. The tiki is a favorite for sunsets.

I was born & raised in Costa Rica & came for college to the US & Germany. Los Angeles was the next stop with brief work stays in England & Germany before moving to Miami more than a decade ago. I left the corporate real estate world in 2013. The day I finished the remodeling of this once abandoned crack house, I took off to volunteer in Kenya & Tanzania. In 2016, I returned to dig a water bore hole for the Maasai. In 2017 I joined medical missions in the Amazon & then surveyed indigenous malaria-endemic zones. In 2018 it was time to explore indigenous territory in my homeland Costa Rica & native territory in Colombia. The space I have created is for my personal enjoyment, which I love sharing with friends, family & others who rent it for events & connect with it!
