A wonderful 1000sq foot apartment and is the place I call home. It has a wonderful and cozy, sun drenched living room, a beautiful dining room with gorgeous Queen-Anne Victorian moldings and bump out, gourmet kitchen off the large side porch, a culinary garden, and large bathroom with washer and dryer.
When you arrive you will almost immediately feel at home, with a large dining table and plenty of books to read. A couch and stereo to relax and read the paper. French press for your coffee and plenty of room in the fridge and pantry items to make your own meals.
There is a super comfortable queen size bed for 2.
My apartment is the first floor of a large Queen Anne Victorian home in art enclave, Collingswood, NJ. There are 2 parking spaces behind the house. It is located just two blocks from the Theater district business section, that includes the James Beard nominated restaurant, Zeppoli and one of the best Indian food restaurants I know of Inde Blue. A short walk from the acclaimed theater, The Scottish Rite. It is about a mile away from 2 speedline stations that take you into center city Philadelphia, and 3 blocks from the bus stop that takes you there. 5 blocks from beautiful Knights Park, and within walking distance to Collingswood's hip downtown with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, library, farmers market, and shopping.
If you have a car, the apartment is 10 minutes to Center City via the Ben Franklin Bridge, and 5 minutes from South Philly via the Walt Whitman bridge. It is also 50 minutes from Atlantic City, on the Jersey Shore.
It would be my pleasure to guide you to some of the most beautiful and delicious locales in the area while you stay. If you have any questions please ask. I would love to help make your stay as easy and comfortable and FUN as possible!

What I love about my neighborhood and my house is the community spirit. Every weekend, especially Spring through Fall, there are many activities happening right in town. If it is not the weekly farmers market, it is the Bike Share fundraiser. If not that, it is the Second Saturday Arts Walk and Gallery shows. If not that, it is simply pleasant to walk in and around the town's streets seeing who is making what and exploring many of Collingswood's beautiful historic Victorians. I love the many delicious eateries, the Best of Sushi at Sagami, the James Bear nominated, Zeppoli, the best Indian in the Northeast at IndeBlue, the most colorful music scene at the Scottish Rite and The Factory. The list goes on!

Convenient to the Patco Speedline train that takes you from Lindenwold, NJ to Center City Philadelphia. The apartment is within 1 mile of 2 Speedline stations. And 2 blocks from a NJ Transit bus stop. That said, guests have mentioned they prefer having a car.

Jackie could not accommodate me for a Friday night stay, but we were able to quickly figure out an alternative reservation. Her house is even more spacious than it appears in photos, and is very comfortable and clean. She even left us a snack in the kitchen, not to mention other extras, such as an herb garden, and a french press coffee machine. The neighborhood is very comfortable and quiet as well, with some very nice restaurant options nearby. If you can respect her house rules, you should consider booking anytime you're looking in this area. I would definitely book again in a heartbeat!
Jackie is a lovely person, and her home really reflects who she is. We spent two weeks there, visiting our daughter, and it was a wonderful place to stay. Jackie is very helpful and welcoming. She left several treats and snacks for us to use during our stay. Her home is lovely, very clean and spacious, and the location is excellent if you need to be in Collingswood. There are two really wonderful restaurants two blocks away, and the main street in Collingswood has lots of shops and more restaurants. Another plus is that you can walk to PATCO and take the train into Philadelphia. It is a 10 minute train ride to the center of town. Jackie provided lots of information about what to do and where to go - and she was always available by phone or email. We had a great time, and are looking forward to coming back!
We had a great stay at Jackie's place. It is exactly as described. Very comfortable and with all the resources we needed. The location was perfect for us as we were in town to visit family who live in Haddonfield. We also enjoyed taking advantage of Jackie's recommendations regarding places to eat. Both the local restaurants were really good and there are lots of great coffee shops, delis, etc. not far away. Jackie is super responsive and the couple of times we emailed with questions regarding local places to go we got answers back very quickly. We highly recommend staying in Jackie's beautiful space.
Jackie's house was perfect for our stay in Collingswood and much bigger than the photos imply! We would happily stay there again.
Our stay at Jackie's apartment was wonderful. The place is beautiful and easily accommodated two of us during our 3-night visit. It's in a very convenient location, easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. Jackie provided great tips on places to visit in the area, helping us make the most of our time in Collingswood. Some bad weather meant our arrival plans changed several times, but Jackie was very understanding and able to accommodate our shifting plans. She also kept us up-to-date with winter weather advisories before we arrived. Overall, a great place with an amazing host. I highly recommend it!
Jackie's place is an awesome, artsy apartment in a beautiful little duplex in West Collingswood. The living quarters are extremely spacious for two people and it served as a perfect relaxation chamber for the end of the long international journey we had just been on. It is conveniently located just blocks away from restaurants, bodega, and drug store making it perfect for those without transportation. Moreover, it is very close to two stops on the PATCO which makes getting back and forth to Philadelphia a breeze. And for those who don't want to hoof it to the station, a ride share can be as cheap as $15 to the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone. It is truly a top quality place that is pristinely maintained.
Jackie's place was perfect for us! It was very comfortable with so many homey touches. The neighborhood was really nice and had some great little restaurants. Jackie was very flexible with our situation and made a great host! We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
