A renovated stone house located in central Bodrum. Great location, just 2 minutes walk to resort shops, restaurants, bars and beach. While very centrally located it is in a quiet area of town.
This house has a living room and 1 double bedroom with A/C. The 2 sofas are suitable for extra beds and are comfortable. It is possible for 4 people to stay but it is recommended for either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything including a full cooker with 4 gas rings, electric oven and washing machine. Separate bathroom and toilet. There is a small courtyard with an outdoor eating area. There is also a TV with limited English and other foreign language channels. Internet and Wi-fi are available in the house.
Also provided are an iron, hairdryer and beach towels (on request).
This is a great base for a relaxing holiday with 2 local beaches (nearest beach is just 50m away and has been awarded a Blue Flag) and also boat trips nearly on your door step. The local bus station is approx. 15 minutes walk away or alternatively taxis are available at the top and the bottom of the street.
Local sights to see in Bodrum Town Centre are the Mausoleum (one of the 7 wonders of the world), Bodrums famous Castle of St. Peter with museums and also the renovated amphitheatre, which is the summer hot spot for concerts and dance shows.

The whole house is yours to enjoy with no restrictions.
Interaction with Guests
I work freelance and sometimes need to travel. If I am around, I will always meet you for the check in and as I live just a few doors away will be available if you need me for anything. If I am away when you come, my daughter or husband will be more than happy to help you.
The house is located in the old Greek quarters of Bodrum. It is a residential area and you will have the feeling of living with the locals. The neighbours are very friendly and will always great you with "Merhaba" (hello) when they see you.
The house is very central and a car is not necessary. Car parking is available at the top of the road and is free of charge. Please note there is a market every Monday and so do not park your your car in the side street where the taxi rank is from Sunday night, any other day of the week is allowed.
There is an excellent local bus service to all of the villages on the peninsula and coaches that go to other cities around Turkey. The bus station is just 15 mins walk from the house.
There are 2 taxi ranks near to the house, one at the top of the road and one at the bottom.
Ferries going to the local Greek Islands (Kos, Rhodes) and also Datca are within a 10 minute walking distance.
Other Things to Note
We cannot be held responsible or provide a refund if there is a problem with the internet and it is the service providers fault. We will take the responsibility to report the problem and follow up until it is fixed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, there is a courtyard where smoking is permitted
No shoes allowed in the main part of the house as it has pine flooring
Please do not leave the air-conditioning on when you are not in the house, the system is very efficient and does not take long for the house to cool down
Whilst check in/out is flexible if there are guests arriving or checking out on the same day as your dates it will be strictly check out 11.30am and check in 14.30pm.
