We are two couples and have owned this condo together for1 0 years. One couple lives in Pleasant Hill and the other in Escondido, both California.
We have been going to Tahoe for many years and continue to enjoy the lake and the mountains. This is our second home and we and our families use it all year round. We have had very good experiences with renters and are pleased to share our home away from home. We have recently remodeled the bathrooms and kitchen, so all is nice and new and very comfortable.
North Lake Tahoe is a collection of small towns on the North Shore. The road surrounds the Lake, and access and traffic are good. We have casinos 15 minutes to the East (Incline, NV) and ski resorts (Squaw Valley, Alpine, Northstar) in both directions. Hiking is superb and plentiful. There are fine restaurants and casual eateries. It's a great family vacation or adult playground.
