SUITE ANEMONE NEAR VATICAN-TRASTEVERE
Bed and Breakfast authorized by the City of Rome. Protocol 5197.
There are not any extra fees of any kind.
You could stay from 3 days up to 3 months.
Transactions are made by Airbnb system.
We do not "serve" any Breakfast, but, (included), we provide the kitchens of a Base-Breakfast, that consists in three ways to make coffee (filtered carafe, Bialetti Moka Espresso, and Nesquick instant coffee), tea, milk, rusks (or “French Bread Slices”), portioned butter an portioned marmalade. And all these supplies in very large amount, for each person, for all the days each Guest is at our place.
Moreover, in each suite, LCD digital TV, Wi-Fi h24, (and Ethernet wires if needed), all included.
At a short distance (15 min by bus) from Trastevere, we very recently splitted a larger apartment with 2 wide bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, balcony, etc...into two independent twins cozy suites, or mini-apartments, or flats, each one with its individual armored security entrance door, private kitchen, private bathroom, private portion of balcony, etc. Both the suites and another apartment (Left Side Apartment, unavailable at the moment) are included into a larger property.
In each suite the rooms have been further enlarged (they were already 20 sqmt each, 3 mt high ceilings) so now it is easy to set them with several beds' formulas: 1 double bed, 1 double bed plus 1 single (or even 2!) and there space rest. And the same with single beds: 2, or 3 (or even 4!). We can provide also a safety bed, of those for new-born babies.
Each suite has an independent armored security door entrance. The two entrances are side-by-side, inside a larger property, so if it's requested, is possible to use the two suites like a whole apartment, just using the entrance doors like normal rooms ones. A group from 4 up to 7 persons can this way be accommodated and communicate not only by the entrance doors along the corridor, but also through the wide balcony, where each suite has a door-window, for both corresponding to the kitchens.
We've just put brand new hardwood floors, or parquette, throughout the whole property.
Then, each one of the two twins suites has a kitchen equipped of all and more (and I mean a real kitchen, not a "cooking-corner"); private bathroom (a set of 3 sizes, s.m.l., sterilized towels are provided for each person); private portion of the wide balcony with another table&chairs where choose if eat\seat outdoor.
Is also included the use of the safety boxes.
You can enjoy a nice view from the terrace on the 3rd floor (there is a 4 persons elevator), plus staying in a good location full of shops and services. In particular, just at the corner, there's the famous restaurant "Schiavi d'Abruzzo" (real traditional italian food), if you say to be Stefano's Guest, "they soon treat you better", as many Guests said in their reviews...For every item in their menu, you can choose if seat and eat, or just to take-away (they have proper containers for any kind of food). At least, do not miss their pizza, cooked in a real traditional wood furnace.
A bar-tobacconist-bus ticket seller with also very good pastry, is at the street level of the building. And near the house there is the famous Park of Villa Pamphili, the very characteristic part of the city called 'Trastevere', and finally you are not far from Vatican city. The very city center and the famous squares are 20-30 minutes distance by Buses or Tram (street car on rails) or Metro. And you need of only one bus to reach the most important places of touristic interest. A good grocery is also downstairs the house and a big supermarket at 50 steps.
As shown and subtitled in the proper picture, just doiwnstairs the building, there are the stops for 3 different Bus Lines, all useful for reaching the very city center and main places of touristic interest.
So you have the “H BUS” as a direct bus to the bigger train station 'Stazione Termini', and it has along its path the stop for the local train station, called 'Stazione Trastevere' (where there's a train that can drop you off inside the Fiumicino Airport in 20 minutes). The "H" Bus is one of the so-called “touristic bus line” because during its path, it has several stops in the most important places of touristic interest. Another Bus Line, stop downstairs, is the 98 line, that takes you in St.Peter’s Abbey \ Vatican City \ Vatican Museums in 15-20 min. But if you go, with two more stops, till the end of the line, you are at a stone throw from Piazza
Navona, Pantheon, Campo Marzio, etc. There’s a third Bus Line with stop downstairs, 889, to go in 15-20 min till end of the line where, in the same square (Cornelia), you find the Metro underground to go rapidly in Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, Montecitorio-Parliament, and so on. And there's another opportunity to go fastly in the very city center, taking the "H" only for 4 stops, and then get a modern Street Car on rail, the Number "8", one every 2 min, from end to end in 20 min ("Casaletto"\"Piazza Venezia" and vice-versa), passing through Trastevere (so, alaways free seats, better climatized and windowed respect the buses)...
By the way, in Rome the whole system of transportation....you know, Rome is an anciant city, so, the streets are too tight, simply. Sometimes is requested a bit of (email hidden)yway we could help you since the checking up, giving you directions, suggestions and support.
The important thing for you, is that from downstairs the house you need of only one single bus to go.....everywhere, about touristic places and others.
We had a wonderfull stay at Stefano's Suite Anemone. Stefano is very helpfull and took good care of us. He provide us from milk, coffee, toast, jam, butter and so on. There is a supermarktet a few minutes away and the busstops are a few seconds away from the apartment. We stayed alomost a week in Rome, we bought a ticket at the sigarshop at the trainstation next to the airport. This ticket contents: a retourticket from the airport to Rome and a week for metro/bus/tram. It costs 34 euro. Stefano tell you excactly how to go to the st. Pieter and to the centrum. It is realy easy. You take a good discission to choose for one of the appartments of Stefano.
Stefano is a wonderful host who is very kind and compassionate to his travelers. He gave us great guidance as to sights to see, buses to take, restaurants nearby the flat which are fabulous! The pizza at the restaurant right outside the door is to die for! We would stay again without hesitation, very quiet, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen and Stefano gave us a lesson in making expresso!

We enjoyed the apartment during our stay in Rome, although is a little too far from the main area of all the tourist attractions. The place was clean and practical for a longer stay than the three days that we booked it. Steffano was very helpful with instructions about our location and way to get back and forth with public transportation.
The place is as advertised. No surprises. Stefano is very friendly and helpful! The area is nice with a good restaurant nearby. Mention Stefano's name and you'll be treated well! I would stay here again.
Stefano the perfect host! Very attentive, responsive.
We were traveling with the child, and it was very pleased that specially for our arrival Stefano put in our room cot.
Very nice quiet area.
Stefano recommend us a restaurant, and a week later understood that this was the best restaurant in Rome))
Nearby there is a supermarket.
The apartments are very nice, comfortable. We have had a terrace where you can spend breakfasts.
The only drawback is that the center can be reached by only one bus that goes to the very large interval. But if you have your own transport, then there is no argument to find another housing option :)
Thank you so much for your hospitality, attention and kindness!
PS: sorry my eng :)
