☕️ You’ll find plenty of cafés, restaurants, bodegas, and convenient shops within walking distance --- everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay.

Your room is on the 1st floor. You’ll have access to your private room, your own bathroom, and all shared spaces in the apartment, including the living room and kitchen.

Other things to note
🐕 Dog on site: Zoe is my 28 lb mini Bernedoodle - super fluffy, friendly, and calm (for the most part ). She likes to “help” by announcing when the doorbell rings or when someone stops by, but she settles down quickly.

She’s very smart and warms up fast—once she realizes you’re a friend, she’ll relax and say hi like you’ve known each other forever.
