The space
Welcome to Villa Honey, a brand new private retreat in Tumbak Bayuh, Pererenan. With its soft arch accents, clean tropical architecture, and calming neutral tones, the villa provides a stylish yet comfortable setting to unwind. Thoughtfully designed in two separate buildings, with air conditioning available throughout the entire property.
Arranged across two separate buildings, the layout enhances both space and privacy. The enclosed living and kitchen area is bright and airy, featuring an air conditioning and ceiling fan, large sliding glass doors, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, stove, and all essential cooking items.
The bedroom is designed for comfort and simplicity, offering a king-sized bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has direct access to the pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection.
Step outside to your private plunge pool, surrounded by tropical greenery and clean architectural lines, perfect for a refreshing dip at any time. Upstairs, the rooftop area is fitted with two sun chairs under a shaded umbrella, an ideal spot to relax, read, or enjoy a quiet afternoon.
Daily housekeeping is provided six days per week, along with 24-hour concierge service via call or message to assist you throughout your stay.
As the neighborhood is still developing, there is ongoing construction around, which result in constant noise during day time. Contact me for more information!
THE PROPERTY:
For easier navigation, we recommend accessing the villa via Jalan Raya Tumbakbayuh, Pererenan. The entrance to the alley is located directly across from Green Leaf Cafe, which can be used as a convenient landmark. As the villa is located in a newly developed area, some street signage is still limited and the alley may be a little dark at night due to limited lighting, so please take extra care. Don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with directions or arrival guidance.
Please note that there is no parking space for cars, only scooter parking is available, and it is shared with a neighboring villa. If you need any assistance with parking, feel free to let us know. For cars, the drop-off point is approximately 10 meters from the villa.
Although the villa is accessible by car, access is via a local road can be bumpy and uneven. For guests who are not experienced riding a scooter, we suggest using booking rides through online transport apps for a more comfortable arrival. The exact villa location will be shared via Google Maps prior to arrival for your convenience.

🔒 The entire villa is fully private, exclusively for you to enjoy! Our friendly team will only stop by for cleaning, pool care, or garden maintenance to keep everything perfect during your stay.
🕵️♀️ If you prefer total privacy, just let me or my staff in advance! We’ll make sure you’re completely undisturbed.
Other things to note
🌴 Your stay includes daily cleaning (6 days per week), regular pool & garden care, and high-speed WiFi. Bath and Pool towels are provided for each guest, and a safety box is available in the bedroom to store your valuables.
✨ We also offer optional extra services on request such as airport transfers, private cooks, breakfast on request, scooter or car rentals, in-villa massages, island tours and more. Just message me or our concierge to arrange anything you’d like.

• How can I organize some services during my stay?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours with our Concierge onsite, available 24/7 via WA.
• Can you pre-fill the fridge for me before I arrive?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you. Just let me know your detailed grocery list in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the them via Airbnb along with the invoice (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• Do you provide laundry services?
We can help bring your clothes to a nearby laundry. Please avoid fragile items and check everything when it’s returned.
• Should I expect to encounter mosquitoes, insects or other animals?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, mouses, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
