This is the third floor of a amazing big house in Clifton, Cincinnati. It has all one could ask for - just remodeled bathroom, living room, and bedroom featuring newish furniture. It is close to everything in Cincinnati, including University of Cincinnati. Great for students and visitors alike.
The third floor features everything that one could wish for. It has single bedroom with a big guest area(living room).
It features a full size bed and a fold down leather sofa. Most of the furniture is brand new and some of the other furniture are real antiques.
The space also has a brand new 37'' LCD TV, coffee table and a luxurious sofa. The bathroom was recently remodeled. New refrigerator.
It will sleep 5 comfortably but accommodations can be made for more people. There is a portable bed for the fifth person.
This unit occupies the whole third floor, there is a door with lock on the second floor that separates it from the rest of the house.
Guests will have access to the following:

- Free use of laundry/dryer
- Free access to the cooking grill outside
- Free use of the gazebo area behind the house
- Free use of the Movie screen projector on the first floor
- Open use of kitchen on second floor: cooking stove, oven, fridge

Interaction with Guests
I respect the privacy of my guests and will communicate and interact as much as they wish to interact with me. I was born overseas and have had very interesting life so I could be very interactive on many subjects.
Bus stop is a pleasant 10 minute walk. Ludlow entertainment district is also walking distance.
Other Things to Note
We have a Husky named Charlie. He is still a puppy and stays mostly outside. We also have an old cat that is well mannered and usually stays on the first floor.
Please do not park in the driveways in any of the houses across from our house, or block any of the driveways in our neighbors. Your car will be towed very quickly. Please respect our neighborhood and neighbors.
