We live on a narrow road in a quiet neighborhood. We are in close proximity to our neighbors and we expect low noise levels and absolutely no parties in the house.
San Francisco is an amazing place, and Alessandra's spot in Mill Valley makes the Bay Area that much better. The location is beyond perfect. Easy access to the heart of Mill Valley and quick drives to the Sausalito ferry or just zipping into SF. The space is MUCH bigger than I expected. It's like a roomy 1 BD apartment. Very clean, spacious, nice views of Mill Valley. Honestly, given the room she should be charging more. And from a host perspective I couldn't imagine better communication or courtesy. The kitchen was nicely stocked and she walked me through the details of the place. Will definitely stay here again. Incredible accommodations and superb hosting. Thanks!!!
Circumstances conspired against us and we ended up having to cancel our trip, but Alessandra was gracious and accommodating as those events unfolded. I can't wait to find an opportunity to reschedule!
Alessandra's beautiful apartment perched on the hills of Mill Valley was a perfect setting for our anniversary weekend escape. Good restaurants in Mill Valley. Lots of shopping in nearby Corte Madera. And the apartment has everything you could ever need or want, including a great sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a warm and comfortable bed. The sun-bathed deck, with beautiful views, is so inviting you won't want to leave...seriously!
Had a fantastic stay. The apartment is exactly as it appears on the photos, in a very quiet location, yet close to San Francisco and local shops/restaurants. We took an Uberx taxi from central SF to the apartment one evening which cost us a reasonable $33. Alessandra was very helpful throughout in terms of check-in, providing restaurant recommendations and even offering to post a pair of shorts we left behind. The house is also well stocked with essentials such as detergent, soap, coffee/tea, milk, eggs, butter, as well as biscuits and chocolates. It definitely felt like staying in a home and I would have no hesitation staying again on a future trip.
Our stay in mill valley was even better than expected. Great town and really great accommodations. Beautifully decorated through out, well equipped kitchen, including a few fun treats on arrival, as well as eggs, milk, bread and great coffee for an easy first morning. Great restaurants and beautiful trails in Muir Woods. Would definitely come back. Thank you!!
Alessandra did a fantastic job of providing information before our stay and ensuring that we had everything we needed when we arrived. Her apartment is beautiful and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Mill Valley.
Alessandra was a great host and the place was as lovely and clean as shown. Our stay was excellent and she was very timely with communication. Highly recommended!

I am originally from Milan, Italy and I lived for many years in London before moving to the US. I enjoy traveling whenever I can and I am looking forward to meeting guests from other countries and learn more about other cultures. Dan is a native of San Francisco and a realtor, so he knows the bay area very well. He can tell you about local history and places to visit. We look forward to meeting you!
