Interaction with Guests
We let our guest decide how much interaction to have with us. We are available and happy to socialize but we respect our guests' need for privacy if they prefer to be on their own.
Strictly no smoking, no heavy drinking and no drugs.
We live on a narrow road in a quiet neighborhood. We are in close proximity to our neighbors and we expect low noise levels and absolutely no parties in the house.
The description was very accurate and was just as beautiful and homely as the pictures showed. We had a great time!
I loved staying at this beautiful hillside apartment! It was clean and spacious and had every amenity I could have wanted. Clean shower, new appliances, comfy bed, ample plugs for charging stuff. And, a million dollar view!
We were welcomed by Allesandra upon arrival and she gave us a tour of the fantastic apartment. She was extremely helpful as there was some construction on her road when we arrived, she was pro-active and comminicated with us about the parking situation because of the construction.
We loved the apartment! It felt like home! The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom are all very modern with modern appliances and some fun touches - like the ToTo toilet which made us feel "cleaner" than ever! The privacy was also a huge plus for us. The apartment has a private entry and a private deck area, we even saw a mama deer and two little Bambi's!
Most importantly to us, the location of this apartment could not be better. We visited all of the sights and restaurants we wanted to in the bay area with ease! 20 minutes from SF, 15 from Muir Woods national park, 15 from Marin Headlands, 15 from Sausalito! Honestly the location was amazing!!!
This is a wonderful unit in a great location. Super well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and serene views from the deck!
Both Alessandra and her one bedroom in Mill Valley were fantastic. Alessandra's apartment is located very close to the center of Mill Valley and a stone throw away from Whole Foods and a few restaurants. The one bedroom is spacious, very comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. The terrace is great for a morning coffee and breakfast as you take in the beautiful surroundings. The place is as good if not better than the pictures. Parking is really easy across the building.
Nothing better than to be in the Bay Area for work and being able to cross the Golden Gate Bridge and relax in such a peaceful place...makes it all feel like a vacation. The apartment is also a wonderful starting point to discover all the amazing things that Marin has to offer: Marin Headlands, Muir Woods, Mt. Tam, Point Reyes, Sausalito, Tiburon, etc.
Next time I am in the Bay Area, I will definitely stay there...just hope it will be available:)
Alessandra is also one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had. She was very flexible in coordinating the check-in and check-out, very helpful in explaining everything in the house and always available to help out with anything. S
San Francisco is an amazing place, and Alessandra's spot in Mill Valley makes the Bay Area that much better. The location is beyond perfect. Easy access to the heart of Mill Valley and quick drives to the Sausalito ferry or just zipping into SF. The space is MUCH bigger than I expected. It's like a roomy 1 BD apartment. Very clean, spacious, nice views of Mill Valley. Honestly, given the room she should be charging more. And from a host perspective I couldn't imagine better communication or courtesy. The kitchen was nicely stocked and she walked me through the details of the place. Will definitely stay here again. Incredible accommodations and superb hosting. Thanks!!!
Circumstances conspired against us and we ended up having to cancel our trip, but Alessandra was gracious and accommodating as those events unfolded. I can't wait to find an opportunity to reschedule!
