The apartment of 75 m2 is located in a family house on the first floor-high ground floor. The owner doesn't rent any other accommodation capacity in the house. It has a garden and is situated in a quiet street with no traffic. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The apartment has two double bedrooms with an extra bed. There is a bathroom (shower, toilet) + separate WC, kitchen with access to a covered and fully enclosed terrace area of 18 m2, living room / satellite TV, WiFi Internet, parking, air conditioning, iron and grill.

Guest access
Guests can acess the entire apartment + parkingspace + garden fireplace with BBQ and a family table with stone benches and shade in the garden. The entire property is fenced. The apartment is suitable for families with small children and pets. Pets are allowed on request, with prior notice.
