Your group will enjoy a relaxing stay situated near the Mpls Chain of Lakes for all your recreational needs. Spacious house with memory-making spaces indoors and out. Less than 7 miles to downtown Minneapolis and 15 miles to Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 people for group outings and family outings. Located in the Fern Hill neighborhood of Saint Louis Park, you'll also enjoy easy access to The Shops at West End, and Mall of America.

The space
This four bedroom, two bathroom stucco Craftsman was built in 1926. Take advantage of ample on street parking right in front of the home. Upon entry, you'll enjoy a wonderful layout, featuring a 3-season porch as you enter the home, which flows into the living room, formal dining room, and recently remodeled kitchen, featuring an open concept and breakfast nook with seating for two. The main level features two bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed, a workspace, and full bathroom. The main level also includes a large deck with outdoor seating, and a large concrete patio space with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. The yard is enclosed with a privacy fence, for your enjoyment. The lower level is an ideal space for convening for movie time or to watch the big game! It features a large sectional with ottoman, a sleeper sofa, a foosball table, an electronic fireplace, and a 70-inch TV with soundbar and subwoofer. There is also a basement 3/4 bathroom, as well. The washer and dryer can be found on the lower level in the mechanical room. Lastly, the upper level features two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and custom closets. You will enter bedroom four through the bedroom three. They both provide doors, for privacy, from one another as well as the rest of the house. Bring your family/friends, and enjoy all that the Fern Hill neighborhood of Saint Louis Park has to offer, a location that is known for its convenient proximity to many wonderful coffeehouses, restaurants, and the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes. You also are very near downtown Minneapolis, for sports fans/concertgoers, and within a 20 minute drive of both the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport, the Mall of America, and many college/university campuses located in both Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Saint Louis Park is known for it's small-town feel, with the perks of urban living. Enjoy!i

Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the house. Guests do not have access to the two-car garage located on the back alley, nor the batting cage located on the side yard of the house, however for parents of baseball players, the host provides private baseball hitting lessons, so if this is of interest to you, please reach out to Luis!
