A great retreat for yoga, artists and lovers of peace and quiet. Convento San Lorenzo is a magnificent Basilica built by the Order of Servite Monks from Florence in the 16th century. Also, if you enjoy cycling, walking and nature, this is the place for you. Inspiring and full of history going back 400 years. Perfect for couples, small groups or families.

My wife and I are artists and designers. We enjoy renovating old buildings, sculpting and creating beautiful things from recycled materials. We also like casting bronze sculpture ourselves. We have made movies and lived in different parts of Europe: namely, Malta, Italy, France and Switzerland where we also restored old houses. When we discovered the Convento on internet three years ago, we knew we had found the ultimate playground.
