You have full access to the entire home, including the converted game room. The basement is a private locked space not included in the rental.

Check-in is completely effortless — keypad entry with your personal code sent ahead of arrival. Up to 3 vehicles fit in the driveway, with free street parking right out front.

For your safety, this property is equipped with a SimplySafe camera with audio at the exterior part of the house and will be actively recording the following areas during your reservation: front door and driveway. It does not look into interior spaces

A note on how we care for the home: every surface is cleaned exclusively with Blueland — no harsh chemicals, no synthetic fragrance. Mattresses are certified organic (My Green Mattress). Cookware is non-toxic ceramic (Caraway). Every bathroom is stocked with non-toxic toiletries. You may not think twice about any of it — but you might notice you sleep better and leave feeling more rested than usual.

This is a non-smoking, no-pets property. The basement is a private locked space not included in the rental. For your safety, this property is equipped with a Ring camera with video and audio at the exterior of the home and will be actively recording the following areas during your reservation: the front door and driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces.

A full mile of continuous sidewalk connects the house directly to Yarmouth's Main Street — the kind of route that makes leaving the car behind an easy choice for anyone in your group.

Within a mile, Yarmouth's Main Street has everything a great trip needs: coffee shops, a craft brewery, an independent bookstore, boutiques, pizza, a gourmet grocery store, and some of the best casual dining in southern Maine. Royal River Park is right there too — a picturesque trail along the Royal River, wide open green space, and a playground that may become part of your daily rhythm here.

For bigger days: Portland is 20 minutes south — voted one of the best food cities in the country, home to legendary restaurants like Fore Street and Scales, a beautiful working waterfront, and the freshest lobster you'll eat in your life. Freeport is 10 minutes north — the L.L. Bean flagship, world-class outlet shopping, and a lively downtown worth an afternoon.
