The space
Step into a thoughtfully restored retreat at The Elliott 1887's Suite A, where historic character blends seamlessly with contemporary style. Purchased in 2020, the building has been fully brought back to life—preserving original hardwood floors, refinishing the 19th-century tin ceiling, and honoring the many stories held within its walls. Since 1887, this space has served as a funeral parlor, skating rink, meeting lodge, farm implement showroom, movie theater and playhouse, and even a gymnasium for the local high school basketball team. Today, it stands as a warm, inviting escape that offers guests a rare blend of heritage and fresh renewal.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, a beautifully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, and full-service laundry for extended or comfortable stays. The Blue Room features a queen bed and a restored historic fireplace mantel with an electric insert for cozy ambiance. The Red Room offers a king bed and another original mantel, paired with an electric fireplace—each room unique, relaxing, and full of charm.

Guest access
You’ll have the entire suite to yourself during your stay. For convenience and security, both the stairway entrance and the suite’s front door are equipped with keypad access. Your unique code will be provided before check-in, making it easy to come and go at your own pace. There will be plenty of street parking along Main St., in front of the building.

Other things to note
Please note that this suite is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. Due to the layout of the building, it is not handicap accessible. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions before booking.

We have a no-pet policy in place to help maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. If you’re traveling with pets, we recommend reaching out to AH 4A PAW Pet Boarding & Grooming right here in LeRoy for trusted care during your stay.
