This modern light filled home is a Sun Valley summer paradise. It is only 18 minutes from the restaurants and shops in Ketchum and the Sun Valley resort, and is only 12 minutes from the town of Hailey and the airport, but is a world of it's own. With unparalleled views of Baldy and the surrounding mountains, it has complete privacy and quiet so you can get away from it all.

The space
The house has a gorgeous patio perfect for enjoying sunset cocktails and dinners at the outdoor table, and offers hiking, swimming, fishing and biking in the summer, and incredible sledding and backyard skiing in the winter. There is ping pong, and a game room for family fun. The master bath has a soaking tub with a view as well as a steam shower, the kitchen has Thermador appliances and two dishwashers, and the bench style dining room table easily sits 10. There are even friendly chickens in the nearby greenhouse if you would like fresh morning eggs.
