The home (1,000± sq ft, single-story):

    •    2 full bathrooms — walk-in shower in the primary, tub/shower combo in the second
    •    Fully stocked kitchen with wine fridge, full-size appliances, and prep counter space
    •    Dining table that seats 8 (great for groups even though we sleep 4)
    •    Dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi — easy to extend a long weekend into a remote-work week

Guest access
You'll have the entire home and yard to yourself. A small closet, a cabinet, and the attic + exterior sheds are locked for owner storage. Self check-in via smart lock — no waiting around to start your trip.

Other things to note
•    Pets welcome (must mention them at booking) $100 per stay. For long stays an additional $50 for a mid stay cleaning.
    •    24/7 exterior security cameras at the front, back, and side of the house (no audio, no coverage of the outdoor shower) — these are for property security only
    •    We respond within an hour 7 days a week if anything comes up
• For reservations of 28 nights or longer, guests are required to sign a standard supplemental transient lodging agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm check-in.

I've poured a lot of time into making this place feel like a retreat you'd want to come back to: clean, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, and a yard built for slowing down.
