House has internet, piano, family room; must like cats, as we have a very social one! No smoking indoors. No small children! Note that this is a shared bath situation. Summer guests, please note that I turn on the central air if it's over 75 and humid. I'm not one to keep my house cold! In the fall, the heat goes on October 15, unless it gets really cold before then.
I am a great host; I love people! I sometimes bake some special goodies such as banana bread or scones for breakfast, when I'm not working on a deadline for my theatre or design work. Coffee maker available, use of the refrigerator and microwave. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with ample street parking. You will find your stay here very cozy. I prefer that you have been registered with Airbnb six months, with a photo, or have references.
NOTE: Every room in the house is equipped with a smoke detector. The guest room has a first aid kit.
Main living room; shared bathroom; limited kitchen use.

About the Host, Judy
I'm a theatrical director/fashion designer; I'm 69 years old and extremely active. I work out 3x weekly and swim. I was widowed 10 years ago and have two grown children; my son graduated college and lives at home; he just finished a year with AmeriCorps and works in multimedia. I've traveled to Mexico, Europe, and most of the USA. I'm liberal in my views and love to have guests. I throw many parties! AND, if any women are interested in one-of-a-kind fashions, I have lots for you to peruse! I speak a little bit of Spanish, but am not fully conversational.
