Modern 6 bed 4 bath duplex walking distance to Snow Summit with brand new hot tub! Upgraded units w/beautiful flooring & upgraded kitchens. Indoor amenities: Gas fireplaces, washer/dryers, Cable/wifi, spa bathroom supplies in all showers. Massage Chair, Air hockey table & PacMan 412 game arcade table! Outdoor: Jacuzzi, Weber bbq on upper balcony & Weber bbq on lower deck. Front of house seating area, storage units for skis/boards, large fenced backyard for kids to play in and build snowmen!

The space
The duplex is located on Summit Blvd. less than 5minutes walking distance to Snow Summit. The Village is approximately 1.5miles away. The duplex is two units, The Gridiron which is downstairs and The Arcade which is upstairs. They units share a front deck and the entrance to each is about 5ft apart, however, they are not connected from inside.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house as well as fenced backyard and 6 car driveway.

Other things to note
This is a duplex. Each unit is 3bed/2bath. When renting the entire duplex there is a 6 car maximum for driveway parking.
