The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

Our house is a fantastic place to relax and spend a quiet time in the garden. It is ideally located, since it is in area that is not too frequented by cars, but it’s only a short walk away from the city’s center. Jalatlaco neighborhood offers several services around easy walking like fresh market, cafeterias and groceries.

It is always possible that you can find my dogs in the property.
The black one, male , is called Milo and the smallest , female is called nugget . They usually will bark to recognize you , please be patient .
