This is 1 of 4 private, newly renovated, fully furnished 2 bedroom suites (with queen sized beds, fitted with 600 thread count sheets to ensure a good night's rest) available to rent within the upper level of a fourplex/apartment building. You will have a full kitchen, dining and living areas, private laundry and a bathroom. This suite is equipped with wifi and a 60" Smart TV.

The space
Catch your breath while surrounded by the beauty of the Cariboo and Monashee Mountain Ranges on our brand new (shared) deck (keeping in mind that it is still a "diamond in the rough" and we plan to add the finishing touches this spring, so stay tuned)! Suite Blue River Accommodation is in the "downtown" area of Blue River - Blue River is a VERY small town (280 full time residents).

This suite is approximately 650 sqft, with two bedrooms on the top level of a fourplex/apartment building. You will have a full kitchen, dining and living areas, private laundry and a bathroom. This suite is equipped with wifi, a 40" flatscreen TV and Roku TV Box. Although we are located in the centre of town, we commonly have wildlife in the area. Please clean up after yourselves to keep unwanted visitors from stopping by.

You may hear snowmobiles and helicopters in the area if you're enjoying the views outside this winter/spring - this is normal. :) Blue River is well known around the world for its pristine, waist deep powder in some of the most fun terrain imaginable.

If you're visiting this summer, take a short walk to Eleanor Lake, our white sandy beach in the centre of town, complete with a sandy volleyball court, concession, fire pits, picnic tables and a playground!

If you're only driving through this time, think about staying a bit longer next time!

Blue River, BC is a small, cozy town with approximately 280 residents. We are located 231kms north of Kamloops, BC and 212kms south-west of Jasper, AB. Located within our town are 2 gas stations, a public library, post office, elementary school, 2 playgrounds, a white sandy beach, 2 outdoor rinks, 2 restaurants, a Royal Canadian Legion and a general store. We also have an outpost station with a nurse available most days, ambulance service and a volunteer fire department. And of course, an abundance of trails, motorized and non-motorized!
