Our New England–inspired Coastal, Studio Cottage is nestled in the heart of Solana Beach.

The space
Located on one of Solana Beach’s most coveted streets near Annie’s Canyon and just minutes from the beach and Cedros Design District, this design-forward retreat features a plush California king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

Enjoy a bed & breakfast–style stay with coffee and a continental breakfast included at nearby Grange Garden. Guests may also enjoy access to surfboards and a golf cart for exploring the surrounding neighborhood and coastline.

*Golf cart use is subject to availability, advance approval, and a signed waiver prior to use. Availability may be limited during peak holidays or high-traffic periods.

For families, little ones can also enjoy gentle bunny visits at Grange Garden—a unique and memorable experience available by a separate paid reservation.

Quiet, comfortable, and intentionally designed, it’s an ideal setting for a relaxed and peaceful coastal escape.

To clarify the layout for you:

The guest cottage is a private, standalone space located just a short stroll from Grange Garden (not directly behind or on top of the shop). It sits in a quiet residential setting, accessible by an easement shared by two other houses. So while you’re close to all the charm of Cedros Design District, the cottage itself feels peaceful and tucked away.

The layout is simple and cozy—designed to feel like a little European hideaway. There is a small outdoor area just outside the cottage with a parking area and trampoline that guests are welcome to use, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

For your pup: small, well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval—for all approved pets, we just ask that they’re supervised and respectful of the space.

Parking: there is reliable parking available for two cars in the driveway or on the street, which is a huge plus in this area.

And as a little bonus, Annie’s Canyon Trail and the beach are both very close by, so it’s a lovely spot if you enjoy walking and exploring.
