Welcome to this unique and tranquil 2 story coastal retreat big enough for the whole family. This getaway sits directly on the fairway, offering peaceful views from any of the three private balcony’s. From the porch swing, enjoy relaxed mornings as birds and golfers pass by. Minutes from the private access beach, you’ll have the best of both worlds—lush greens in your backyard and sand, sun, and ocean breezes nearby. Grab your bikes and explore scenic bike trails, and cruise to the shoreline.
The space
WHERE we are….
We’re so glad you’ve chosen our place as your vacation destination. Nestled in the famous south end of Hilton Head Island, Shipyard offers beautiful beaches, scenic walking and biking paths, and easy access to golf, tennis, and natural surroundings, making it a wonderful place to relax and unwind - all within the gates of this community. The wildlife is abundant providing photo opportunities around every corner. There are on site restaurants, and it is also home to the Sonesta Resort; you may even get to witness a wedding! Close to everything, we are a quick bike ride out of the resort to the famous Coligny Beach and shops. There is a mini golf course just outside the entrance on Hwy 278, and HH’s popular restaurants are just outside either of the resorts exits. Your beach access is private from inside Shipyard. You may even find Yoga on the beach some mornings, but EVERY morning hosts the most breathtaking sunrises, so set your alarm! We also know sometimes our work must travel with us, and for that reason there is a designated work area / desk on the first floor. Free WiFi log in details will be provided to you prior to check-in.
The HOME…
This villa is designed to feel like your easygoing home away from home—perfect for the whole family. All the bedrooms feature their own ensuite bathroom and private balcony, so everyone can enjoy a little extra comfort and personal space.
Convenience and comfort are well thought out here. There’s a laptop-friendly workspace, and you can stream your favorites with WiFi. The open layout kitchen into living room boasts an open island, an additional dining table, and a comfy couch big enough for everyone. The breeze pours in from the sliders to the balcony where you can swing and watch the birds and golfers go by. And when you’re ready to cool off, the communal GolfMaster pool is waiting for you, a short walk from the front door. And for added convenience, there’s an in-home washer and dryer—especially helpful with little ones and / or longer stays.

• This is a two-story home, and stairs are required to access the bedrooms (no elevator)
• Pets are not permitted
• Washer and dryer are available in the home
• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is at 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late checkout are not available between May and August
• Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans
• Bedding, towels, and a starter set of essentials are provided

STARTER SUPPLIES:
The following starter supplies are happily provided for each reservation for your convenience, however, refills or other necessities are the responsibility of the guest:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
dish liquid soap
a few dishwasher pucks or packets
shampoo and conditioner
laundry packet/s
hand soap
Linen type that must remain after departure:
1-2 dish towels
1-2 potholders
sheets
blankets
comforters and/or quilts
2 bath towels per person
1 hand towel per person
1 wash cloth per person
* It is advised to bring your own beach towels and any extra amenities for you and your guests, as the above are not refilled during your stay.
*SUN BLOCK AND OTHER ESSENTIALS MAY BE PURCHASED LOCALLY AT WALMART OR KROGERS
Guest access
As our guest, you have complete access to the entire resort and all it's amenities and beach access points from the date of your check-in day to midnight on the day of your check-out.
Please be aware however, that check in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am, and these times are enforced, even though you have full resort access.
