Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Our stay in Jason's downstairs space was great, and an excellent pick for for our first airbnb trip. The unit was very private, clean, and nicely decorated- exactly as pictured. Check in & check out were a breeze. Private bathroom and comfy bed were a big plus. Location of the unit was also great- close to bus stops and fun stuff on Capitol Hill. Although we did not meet Jason face to face during our stay, our interactions with him via airbnb and phone were excellent. He was friendly responsive and accommodating.

  • Jason was a really helpful host . He gave us some good advice on where to eat and the places to see. From Jason's house it is so easy to reach all the areas you need to be either walking or on public transport . The accommodation was also great . Even though we had our own front door Jason was very welcoming letting us use the kitchen and washing facilities . Thanks Jason for your help!

  • Awesome room, very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located, nearby buses go to almost everywhere - downtown, UW, capitol hill, and link station (to airport). Jason was very generous to share us his kitchen, garage, and also a hairdryer when I didn't bring one with me. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seattle.

  • Jason, thank's for your cozy apartment! It's a great location! We like this place!

  • My stay at Jason's lovely spare room was ideal. The local transport made it easy to travel around every day, and the room itself had everything I needed for a comfortable, private stay. Having a en-suite bathroom and its own entrance is a real plus! WiFi is excellent too. There's a sheet with all the information you need for your stay when you enter the apartment.
Jason was great and kindly let me use the upstairs kitchen for breakfast and tea in the morning and the laundry facilities towards the end of my stay. All in all - was very happy with my visit.

  • This is my first time using airbnb and it was such a great experience. The private room and space are exactly as pictured and even better in person. From the cozy tempurpedic bed to the awesome view of downtown from the second floor balcony, Jason's place is amazing. I was fortunate enough to meet my host when my traveling companion and I locked ourselves out (twice!). Jason is very gracious and offered us guidance and advice on places to go. It was great to have a local's perspective and it really enhanced our experience in Seattle. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly be returning!

  • The room at Jason's house was awesome. It was clean and comfortable. The private entrance gives you privacy and separates you from the rest of the house. I didn't need access to the common areas, but Jason is very welcoming if you need to use them. This room is a great deal and is really close to downtown. Close to bus stops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. Great fist airbnb experience!

  • The apartment was clean and spacious, having your own bathroom was a real bonus and the separate entrance meant that you were nicely detached from the rest of the house.

  • Great place. Easy to access, and a fair distance to downtown and capital hill.

    January 2014
  • We had a wonderful stay at Jason's place. The room was clean and the heater kept us very warm and cozy during the freezing winter weather. The linens and shower products provided were very nice as well! Jason also offered excellent transportation advice and kindly gave us free bus passes.
