The space
Kirkwood Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single floor home in the wonderful 12South neighborhood. You’ll enter through a private gate off the shared driveway that provides guest parking for up to two vehicles. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings makes the space feel both airy and cozy. The screened side porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. And there’s a completely fenced-in backyard and patio. Walk to many great restaurants and shops. Three miles to downtown.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook a great meal if you choose to stay in.

There’s a gas fireplace in the open living area, along with a smart TV to stream Netflix, Hulu, etc. and plenty of comfortable seating.

Keyless entry makes it easy to come and go at your convenience.

Other things to note
There’s a two-night minimum generally, and a three-night minimum during special events and on holiday weekends. The property is fully permitted by Metro Nashville.
