Enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It was easy to find, and instructions to get in were very clear and straightforward. There is street parking outside if needed, be careful for the street cleaning warnings though depending on which side your park on. The apartment itself was fine, it's a converted attic with lots of space. It was very clean. I picked an unfortunate time to visit, as there was a bit of a mini-heat wave at the time (definitely heats up in the attic!) but I enjoyed my stay and Tom was responsive and helpful to work with. Lot's of space, very good location (walking distance to anything in the Mission), fine for a larger number of people or short stays. I would say the value for what you get isn't spectacular, but it's a fine place none-the-less. The kitchen is equipped, but pretty limited (no knives, for instance). There was a towel in the bathroom for me, but no other amenities.
Apartment is just as described/pictured. Very large and spacious. We were utilizing the air mattress and slid it into the living room, but there is tons of room in the bedroom, so it could have stayed there if wanted. The neighborhood is good, lots of places to eat and cool shops to stop and browse. We felt very safe and it's a quick uber trip to union square or the wharf. The bus stop across the street starts early, great if you want to catch the bus, not great if you want to sleep in.
The listing was exactly as described and very clean! Great non-touristy location within walking distance to great restaurants. Tom was quick to respond to one small problem we encountered. There is city noise if you are a light sleeper, but would definitely stay here again.
Very nice stay for people looking for an authentic SF, Mission experience. Host was very helping and quick to respond to any questions. Apartment was as described in description.
Tom's instructions were spot on and we were able to get in and out during our quick, 2-night stay without any hiccups. The place itself was as described, maybe roomier than I imagined but it was the location that made the stay worth it. Right in the Mission, and an easy walk to Dolores Park and all the great food in the area. Word of advice: start your day at Philz Coffee and end it at Humphry Slocombe.
A prime, non-tourist location that is 5-10 minutes from many local gems.
Affordable and fair price compared to hotels--and if you want to stay anywhere near Mission District, there are very limited (and more expensive) commercial lodgings.
The interior is spacious and comfortably accommodates 3 dudes. The other tenants of the building were pleasant and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet during pride weekend.
If you have more than 2 people on your trip and require separate beds then this is a great and affordable option for you.
I had already stayed in this apartment and new what to expect. It was clean and had everything I needed.
The Host guide book describes everything perfectly. The Apartment is quiet and in a great location.
