Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
My place is close (7 minutes) to nightlife, the airport, parks, and the city center. It is 15 minutes to skiing at Bridger Bowl. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the location. The location is extremely private at the end of the road yet 5 minutes to town. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The loft area has mountain views out all windows. Custom mattresses, assortment of pillows.

The space
This A-frame was originally built in 1968 and has been completely gutted, re-wired, re-plumbed, re-framed...it is 95% new construction. This property is truly a labor of love and I am continually changing things and improving things to make it the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing airbnb in the area. When I travel it is really important to me to have comfortable beds and pillows and so I spared no expense with the mattresses and offer a large variety of pillows so that you can feel like you are sleeping in your own bed. The loft area has a king bed with mountain views. The loft area is equipped with a custom welded steel gate for added safety. The stairs to the loft were designed to copy the stairs you would find on a naval aircraft carrier and are not advised for small children and should be used with caution. Furnishings are from Architect's Wife a local high-end furniture store that you should definitely make time to visit while you are in town. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, farm sink and full-size washer/dryer. There are TV's in the living room and main bedroom equipped with Smart TV applications as well as cable. All the lights have dimmers to create the optimal lighting and sconces in bedroom are individually switched. Built-in USB outlets are strategically placed throughout for your convenience. Bring your binoculars, skis, bikes and/or snow shoes to maximize your visit. There's great wildlife viewing here with regular deer, bunny, hawk, eagle, etc and occasional sightings of bear, moose, coyote and mountain lions. Recently added nearby is the Story Mill Community Park which is a 60 acre adjoining the historic Story Mill in Bozeman, Montana, into a unique city park with exciting opportunities for active recreation, outdoor community gathering spaces, a 40- acre nature sanctuary, community center, new trails and trail connections, and natural and cultural interpretive programs. The Trust for Public Land has completed a two year restoration of the site's wetlands and wildlife habitat, including a full half mile along the East Gallatin River, and designs have been finalized for an accessible adventure playground, climbing boulder, river front access to the East Gallatin, teaching farm and edible food forest trail, natural amphitheater, and much more. This property is unfortunately not set up for people to bring their own pets but you are welcome to love on the 3 small dogs or the cat named Cowmeow that you might encounter.

Other things to note
The property is located at the end of the road on 5 acres that back to open land. In light of the fact that we are at the end of the road I would ask that you drive 10-15MPH down the lane as there is a lot of wildlife and pets crossing. When you pull up to the house please be sure to drive to the rear of the house where you will have your own parking and private entrance.
