Located in the center of it all ! Less than 10 miles to Boca Grande, 10 miles to the Manasota Key Beaches and about 4 miles to the Palm Island Ferry Service. Located on a Rotunda Golf Course with lots of Lush and Tropical Landscape on-site. Three Bedrooms, 2 baths with walk in closet in one of the bedrooms. Enjoy a drink on the Lanai while watching the sunset facing the golf course, light a log in the outdoor Chimnia, kick back and relax! Why stay in a hotel when you can rent an entire home?

The space
The home has an open concept. The sliders in the Living room open up all the way for a nice breeze from the trees surrounding the property. Every room has paddle fans including the Lanai. The spare bathroom leads to two bedrooms and has it's own door out to the pool. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is on it's own side of the house; perfect for two families to vacation together. There are no neighbors directly behind the swimming pool. You get a beautiful view of the golf course . Landscape around left and right side of Lanai make it very private. There are solar lights for finding your way at night. Peaceful setting and no traffic. Driveway can hold up to 4 vehicles

Lots of walking trails around, very safe neighborhood and five golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive. Pioneer Bike Trail is a 10 minute bike ride which leads to Boca Grande.
