Tony and cody's space is amazing and there's a lot to look at! They were extremely accommodating to us and the room upstairs is very private and the bed is VERY comfy! The only thing I would recommend is that if you're staying at their place in bayview that you have convenient transportation of your own because it's a little far out if you plan on going into SF more. Otherwise it's a great stay.
Living with Tony and Cody is a great experience. They really do a great job of opening their home to you. Even though my stay was longer than most, they are both still very accommodating and friendly. Great guys to rent from and live with.
Tony and Cody were both unbelievably kind and welcoming. The first day they walked us through Cody's Community Garden (which is beautiful) and we spent a couple of hours chatting before heading out to an AMAZING dinner spot that he had recommended and reserved for us. (Check out Mr. Pollo for an experience not even all the locals know about). From offering us rides to leaving us birthday balloons outside our door, staying at Tony & Cody's made our trip to SF perfect.
Staying in the "Cabana" was a real pleasure. It was warm, clean and very comfortable. Cody and Tony were so dear and welcoming! They gave me use of the refrigerator which was helpful for leftovers and all the snacks which were not eaten on the long drive from Idaho.
Tasha the dog was so nice to tolerate my young boxer and all of her antics! While the neighborhood is not somewhere you will "hang out", you can walk a little way down the street and see the water and candlestick park! There are plenty of nice dog parks if you bring your well behaved pup. There is also a yummy BBQ place close by.
Additionally, I had an opportunity to check out the community garden project in the area. It was fun to "dig in" and get my hands dirty while meeting some of the wonderful young people the project helps.
Initially, I had concerns about bringing my Daisy dog but having the opportunity to talk with Cody ahead of the trip to see if their place would be right for me did the trick, I am so glad I chose their wonderfully eclectic home!
Thanks again Cody, Tony and Tasha, you really made me feel like family. It is a small world - let me know if you ever want to visit Boise! :)
Hosts are very friendly. The decor is unique & interesting. Unfortunately, this location did not work out with me. Would recommend the place to others who can provide themselves with a car to get around. Beautiful home & easygoing hosts.
Tony and Cody were incredibly warm and inviting. I loved staying in their artistic treasure and wish it could have been for longer. They are the sweetest guys ever and really went out of their way to make me feel at home in San Francisco. Kudos, 5 stars, thumbs up - everything was great!
This was our first airbnb experience and I can honestly say it will be very hard to top. Cody and Tony are extremely welcoming and even invite you to hang out with their friends if that's what you are up for. They are very kind people and will help you with any questions you have about the city or otherwise. The house itself is very open and cozy. Their dog is very cute and fun too. This place is in the industrial district of San Francisco. At first the surrounding area may seem a little rough, but it's a good neighborhood. The nearest muni cablecar stop is about a 15 min walk away. Either way, you will love this place as well as Cody and Tony.
