We hope you find everything to your liking. Here are some suggestions and requests that should make your stay as comfortable as possible: You will notice that the location is the best between being close to the city and being in a quiet residential neighborhood. The CTA Brownline Paulina Station is just minutes away, the No. 11 Bus even closer. Whole Foods Market is the preferred upscale source for nourishments and the best fruits and vegetables for the discriminating taste. Jewel Foods is about 4 blocks south between Paulina and Ashland. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, feel free to inquire about recommendations.
You will find our beds comfortable, with hotel grade mattresses and 100% cotton linens, there are additional blankets and covers available for the asking.
Also, our company manufactures 3in1Dead Sea skin care products, you will find some free samples for your use or take them with you. If you are interested in purchasing some, let us know.
This is a non smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
. There are a few things that need special attention, one is, the awkward position of the bathroom light switch, you will figure out which one works the heat and exhaust and which one is for the lights. The other one, is a missing knob on the stove, if you need all 4 burners, just move one knob to where you need it. Please be careful on the kitchen and bathroom floor, these are porcelain tiles and can be very slippery when wet. We do request that you turn off the AC or heat when you are not in the apartment, it cools down and heats up in minutes, and we do not want to jack up the prices because of excessive use of gas and electricity, and we would like to contribute to conserving energy. Please do NOT move the furniture, the heat and AC vents are on the floor behind the furniture, and in the kitchen near the stove. The phone system works for incoming and local calls only, if you need to make long distance calls, please use you cell phone.
The appartement was exactly as described and Andy did a great Job waiting for us as we arrived in the middle of the night. The briefing was short and professional, all our questions about public transportation and shops in the area have been answered. The location is very good to explore the must sees in Chicago, the brown Line Train is a block away and takes you in 20 minutes to "the Loop". We didn't use the patio/garden but we have noticed it big and clean. Also to be mentioned is that one/two blocks from the apartement are places to eat (we tried Waterhouse and Fizz - both very good), a great supermarket with "built in Pizzeria" and a Walgreen. I just can recommend this location and would stay there again!
This is a beautiful apartment; large, clean and bright. The beds are very comfortable and it is in a great area. Andy was helpful and very responsive in problem solving a couple issues that arose.
One important thing to know is that you must be both checked in and out personally; you cannot leave your key and go.
This is important because the hosts live off premises and require an hours notice to be there to check you out. Keep that in mind in case you have an early flight or if your plans change (as they can do while travelling, especially due to weather in this wacky city!)
This is a great apartment in a great neighborhood. Very nice place for two couples to spend a weekend or a week. Walkable neighborhood: restaurants, stores, Wrigley Field and the elevated train are all within walking distance. Conrad was a gracious host.
Andy did a great job of getting us quickly set up, and on just a few hours notice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, although we really did not spend much time there at all. The neighborhood was very cute, and had great amenities with walking distance. There were several restaurants, bars, and a whole foods. All in all a great bet for visiting Chichago!
