About This Listing
Our place is a great place to crash after a long day in the city. Near the 1 & A train it's only a 35min ride to Midtown. Also nearby is relaxing Harlem River Park. Come visit my brother and I, along with our cat, in beautiful Washington Heights!
Located on the first floor of the building, it is an fantastic apartment with lots of sunlight that spills in through the windows.
We have a small cat that lives in the apartment, and she is super friendly!
Access to the bathroom and kitchen.
Interaction with Guests
Once you check in, I try to stay out of your way as much as possible.
The apartment is located right next to a university and there are two grocery stores right around the corner along with a Laundromat, so everything you need is within a block or two. There are also a ton of great restaurants located in the neighborhood.
The 1 train is just a few steps away from the apartment making commuting a breeze. Also within walking distance is the A train.
Other Things to Note
I do allow more than one guest to stay if you are traveling with a friend or a significant other. I charge $15 dollars for every extra person.
No smoking, No Unannounced Visitors.
Me and my friend stayed at Joey's for 2 nights. He responded to my questions quickly from the beginning. The flat was as described. We had a great sleep after a long and tiring day. The subway is close, and the neighbourhood is safe too. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have a good rest after a long NYC day
My friend and me stayed for about 10 days at Joey's apartment. The bed was big enough for the two of us. His flat in Washington Heights was quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
The host canceled this reservation 22 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Joey is very helpful and tries his best to answer all of my questions. The location is quite convenient, near to train 1 which only takes you around 30 minutes or less to reach Time Square.
