Enjoy your own suite in our beautiful home within walking distance of all the amenities that downtown St. Pete has to offer: gorgeous waterfront parks that run for miles, great restaurants, museums, entertainment and shopping. "Homemade everything" healthy breakfast provided!

The space

Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood of St. Petersburg, this large guest room, in a private home with its own bath and seating area, is one block from the third largest waterfront park system in North America where bike and walking trails surround the Bay.

There is no other neighborhood like this one, featured in "This Old House" as one of the top ten historic bungalow neighborhoods in the USA.

We are a short walk to restaurants, museums, galleries, clubs and more. Saint Petersburg has been voted the #1 medium sized art town in the US three years in a row. It is home to the Dali Museum, the Chihuly Art Glass Museum, the Holocaust Museum and a Museum of Fine Arts.

Don't miss the wonderful Saturday Morning Market in St. Pete with great food, local organic produce, art and craft vendors and live music. (Labor Day thru Memorial Day, 9:00-2:00) You can walk there right along the bay! Summer (URL HIDDEN) a shady park a few blocks away.

Suitable for one person or a couple. Guests are welcome to share the whole house. This sweet bungalow has front and back porches for outdoor living and easy free parking. We have two kayaks and two bicycles available for your use.

Traveling with a little one? We have a pack & play for your use and thick comfy sleeping bags if you need them. Juice boxes are in the fridge!

A gourmet, full breakfast is available on Sunday, continental on Saturday and weekdays.
Special occasion? Talk to me about catering and having guests.

We are located 30 minutes from the Tampa Airport, and close to Busch Gardens, Ybor City and International Mall. Take a day trip to Disney World, Sea World or Universal Studios, just 90 minutes away.

There is a large public pool and and a public "Bay" beach just three blocks away. Gulf Beaches are a short 15 minute drive or dedicated trolley ride away. These are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We have two, well behaved, senior cocker spaniels that love company. We recently got a new cocker puppy. She is seven months old and loves guests but is not well behaved yet. We would consider a medium to small dog as a guest.

Note: The bed is a full size, not a queen. If you require one, we have a good quality queen air mattress but a queen is only 6 inches wider and 5 inches longer than a full size.

Note: When you inquire, could you please help me get to know you by describing yourself and your trip? Thank you.

Very charming place in the northeast historic district. Super location. Wonderful block. Linda and Warren were nice hosts. I especially liked the hot freshly ground coffee each morning. I felt like if I needed anything they were there to provide it. Communication leading up to the dtayvwas excellent. Very responsive.

Perfect place to stay with your furry family member. Not only did we feel at home but our dog too was welcomed with hugs and treats! The neighborhood is very beautiful.

Linda and Warren made us feel very comfortable in their lovely home. Linda even catered to our limited diet something others including my own parents find challenging. Warren regaled us with interesting stories of his life. Yet our privacy was very much respected. Both being artists their house was like being in a small yet very inviting museum. Even my puppy had a blast playing with their own puppy.

Linda and Warren were awesome hosts. They have such a beautiful and cozy home! We thoroughly enjoyed conversing with Warren, who tells the best stories. Linda is a phenomenal cook/baker and her breakfasts are in a league of their own. They knew the area very well and made great dining/trip suggestions. They made our 1st wedding anniversary such a memorable experience. Thank you both so much!

Linda, Warren and their three pups were wonderful and made my business trip to St. Pete's a pleasure. Linda is an incredible cook providing homemade granola and bread. Seriously good stuff. They had excellent suggestions for places to grab a bite, or where to park when hittin' up the beach, and an AWESOME outdoor shower. I highly recommend staying at their place. It's great. :)

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was lovely. Choosing a house share was a little out of my comfort zone but I wanted to try something different; it was the perfect blend of helpful and non-intrusive. The hostess & host, who were very gracious, provided accurate information in response to all of my questions prior to finalizing the reservation. All in all, I was delighted with my decision. And homemade bread was very yummy!

Warren and I are both artists and our home reflects both our love of art and our love of older homes.
We moved to St. Petersburg in 2010 so that I could teach at St. Petersburg College. The bonus is that St. Pete and particularly where we live, in the Old NE neighborhood, is paradise. There is always, and I mean always, something going on and everything is accessible and affordable.
My biggest pleasure is to cook healthy, gourmet meals for friends and family and now, I hope, guests. Warren's biggest pleasure is to have company and make sure they have a great time.
